About The Author

Linda S. Budd, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 50 years of experience. She has now retired her license in marriage and family therapy and her certification as a registered play therapist-supervisor. She specializes in childhood temperament, parent-child relationships, and personality disorders. Dr. Budd is the author of Living With the Active Alert Child, The Journey of Parenting, and I’m OK, You’re Not OK. A former adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota, she has taught and presented nationally on family systems and emotional development.

Ahora ella ha retirado su licencia en terapia matrimonial y familiar y su certificación como terapeuta de juego y supervisora registrada. Se especializa en temperamento infantil, relaciones entre padres e hijos y trastornos de personalidad. La Dra. Budd es autora de Living With the Active Alert Child, The Journey of Parenting y I’m OK, You’re Not OK. Fue profesora adjunta en la Universidad de Minnesota, y ha enseñado clases y presentado a nivel nacional sobre sistemas familiares y desarrollo emocional.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR

Rick Lebo is a professional illustrator, fine artist and graphic designer, and has been working in the arts for over 40 years. He lives and works in Crowley, Texas, just South of Fort Worth, with his wife of 25 years, 5 children, and 2 grand-children. Rick’s art has been an expansive journey through school, work and dreams, guided by a symphony of imagination and vision. When he’s not lost in his art, he finds peace in his family, love, and inspiration. Rick has also recently become a new author of science fiction and fantasy.

Rick Lebo es ilustrador profesional, artista plástico y diseñador gráfico, y lleva más de 40 años trabajando en las artes. Vive y trabaja en Crowley, Texas, al sur de Fort Worth, con su esposa de 25 años, sus 5 hijos y sus 2 nietos. Allen Peacock

Allen Peacock worked for a quarter century as one of the leading editors in American book publishing. Books he acquired and published won the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Award, the PEN/Faulkner Award, among others. He worked with writers as diverse and renowned as Salman Rushdie, Robert Coover, Robert Olen Butler, Ann Beattie and MacArthur Award winners Joanna Scott and William Gaddis. He graduated from Harvard University with a degree in English & American Literature.
